For those of you looking for VIP Upgrades, all of the info is on the individual event pages. You must be logged into your fan club account to view the event page. Once you are logged in, go here and click on the city for which you wish to purchase VIPs.

It still said

And I signed it again,it said to me "Welcome back!"....
But I couldn't go that page of city,and it still said "The page you are trying to access ...."
Why can't I see that pages of in Japan??
